REFERENCE ELECTRODES

Reference Electrodes are necessary to complete a measuring circuit, when using half cell sensing electrodes. The reference electrode is usually based on Silver to Mercury with a choice of Single or double junction, Standard size 12x130mm. Type Ref. Autoclavable / Steam Sterilizable Electrodes

PPC offers high temperature, Steam Sterilizable Sensors for several types of process controls. pH monitoring plays pivotal role in process industries. PPC sensors are specially designed for critical biotech applications in various processes. Chemical processes necessitate sensors to withstand acids or strong alkaline solutions at high temperatures. Bioprocesses require Stream Sterilized Sensors in bio-reactors and fermentation vessels. OTHER ELECTRODES

D.O. Probe An adequate supply of oxygen is necessary to support life in water. This polarographic D.O probe determines the oxygen concentration. Ion Selective Electrodes An extensive range of mono and combination Ion ?Selective electrodes are available. These Electrodes have been designed to operate over a wide concentration range while minimizing interferences from other ions and provide trouble free long life. Metalic Electrodes (ORP) Redox potentials are measured by an electrode normally made of an inert metal and is capable of absorbing or releasing electrons. The common metals used are platinum, Silver and Gold. Industrial Electrodes Complete range of industrial electrodes are available for process measurement of pH and Redox in variety of mounting configurations for in-line & submersion systems. The In-Line Electrode Series Designed for mounting on standard 0.75", 1" & 4" pipe tees for continuous pH & ORP flow-through monitoring. The electrodes for in-line systems are also provided with easily detachable cables. Submersible Electrode Series Submersible electrode assembly is intended for industrial pH & ORP measurements in open vessels, setting basins, effluent treatment plants and canals. It is available with or without an integral temperature compensator and solution ground. Low maintenance electrodes are available In-Line/Submersion Systems Combination electrodes constructed to suit both the systems are also available Connectors All electrodes are available with a choice of connectors.
